From our friends at Jimmy Chimichurri an Australian take on a classic South American herb dressing with the heat turned up.  The original Chimichurri tanginess is retained and is the perfect foil for the sweetness of any meat or seafood. Try it with your next BBQ for something a little different, especially if you want a good kick of chilli.
