Shipping & FAQ


Shipping is calculated at checkout, however we do offer free
shipping for orders over $100.

At this stage, we only ship within Australia through Australia Post.

We will endeavour to have your sauces packed and ready to
ship within 2 business days of you making your order. Delivery times vary pending on metro and regional areas of Australia.

Please allow up to 5 days once shipped for your package to

always aim to get your order to you ASAP.

Once your order has been processed on our end, you
will receive an email, this will be followed up with tracking once your package is on the road.

We only offer refunds if the product is damaged or faulty.

To submit a request for refund, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order.

Tasting Bar

Our tasting bar in Manly, NSW is open 7 days a week and is
free. We have a selection of flavours on the bar that change every few weeks, giving you the chance to try something new.

Keep in mind, we don’t know your heat tolerance, so try what
you feel comfortable with.

We have found great flavours from many domestic and global suppliers. A lot of our producers have rich history and exciting
reasons for why they have made particular products. We love to share these stories and remind people that there is a great range of sauces, with unique flavours for all heat tolerance levels.

We love to hear what sauces are out there, for us to stock sauces, we must meet food regulations in Australia with up to code packaging. If you want to send us more info please email
