As always, The Diamond has partnered up with Heartbeat Hot Sauce to bring the heat and this time, the sauce is a mashup of Dustin’s hometown Louisiana flavours and Heartbeat’s Canadian roots! Creole Maple features a healthy dose of real Canadian maple syrup, Poirier’s signature aged cayenne peppers, smoky notes of chipotle in adobo and a combination of herbs from Creole classics.
