Made with Carolina Reapers, famous for being the worlds hottest chilli, the Reaper Dripper is a sweet, naturally fermented chilli sauce that has not been pasteurised or heat treated. So as well as being tasty, it is full of beneficial bacteria. Before blending the vinegar is soaked in toasted French oak barrel chips to create a brilliantly complex and deep flavour.

The fermented chilli and garlic mash are blended with apple cider vinegar that has been soaked in French oak chips to add a brilliant complexity and depth of flavour. The process and ingredients list is kept simple, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted flavour of the Carolina Reapers.
